I've given the Glasgow property market 12 years - it's given me invaluable knowledge & experience.
I can define my working life in property into 3 chapters:-
- Working with Glasgow's first ever Serviced Apartments from an early age;
- Moving to and growing with the city's leading residential letting agent; and
- Successfully operating a popular and well known Victorian West End guest house.
The greatest significance is understanding the nature of the buying and selling property, whether it's for a day, a month or a lifetime, and how interiors influence success and profitability.
Throughout, I've always maintained a real zest for architecture, art and design. I've keenly seized every opportunity to express a flair for pattern, furniture and textiles within a property interior, from the modern 'buy to let' investor situation to ornate traditional hotel dining room. I feel a huge sense of satisfaction in giving an empty, cluttered or tired space, a renewed energy and atmosphere.
Over the last 5 years I've been independently approached by agents and private individuals alike, to apply an interior solution to properties of all purposes.
Having completed a formal study of Interior Design, Presenting Property has been brought officially to the market, as a service which provides affordable Furnishing and Interior Styling Solutions, where we get our hands dirty, no job is too small and every little 'WOW' helps!
