We were approached by the client wishing to introduce this property to the letting market. In its condition at the time, the property was not 'lettable' and a major headache to the landlord in terms of time and finances. Presenting Property worked with a small, strict budget within a 14 day period to apply a 'prescription makeover' to the interior and carry out neccessary repairs. Further items, expected within a let property were supplied. A full inventory detailing a description and condition of the contents was compiled, good quality digital images for marketing purposes were provided and a gas safety inspection arranged. Two weeks later, the property was let and the happy tenants moved in. The owner went from feeling the strain of mortgage payments and an empty 'problem' property, to receiving £385pcm... a great rental figure for the location's market. The images speak for themselves.
