We first heard about Elaine Bald from Alexander's Letting Agency in Glasgow. She had been recommended by one of the staff there. After having spoken with Elaine, and viewing her extensive portfolio, we decided that we would use her expertise in furnishing our off plan purchase for the letting market. We are based down South so it made sense to use someone local who clearly had an extensive knowledge of the letting market.
Elaine carried out a superb job on our flat. Everything was taken care of right down to the last detail. The furnishings were beautiful and reasonably priced, the photos of the staging for rental were brilliant, so much so that the first person to view the flat became the first tenant and is still there to this day. Elaine also contacted the developers for us regarding any snagging and had many issues sorted out, which would have taken up so much of our time. If we were to purchase another property in that area we would definitely contact Elaine to do the necessary for us.

Elaine provided a timely and efficient furnishing service for my apartment, which was finished to the quality and standard that I and my tenants expect. I consider her service to be good value when compared to others that I considered. It really hit the mark in terms of the quality, attention to detail and the additional nice touches that she built in. So much so, that I had a number of eager tenants interested in renting and was able to choose which one I wanted. As I am not local to the property, Elaine has taken much of the stress and worry out of the process for me, and has always been willing to help with any query I have. She also readily carried out a snagging service for me, which was invaluable, and progressed this with the developers. I knew I was on to a good thing straight away when everyone I spoke to recommended her. A very handy lady to know.
